
Good to Know
The apartments can be occupied from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to inform us of your planned arrival time.
On the day of departure, we request that you vacate the apartments by 10:00 AM to ensure a smooth arrival for subsequent guests.
The apartments are available throughout the year, and short stays are possible upon request.
Once the deposit has been paid, the apartment is reserved for you.
The remaining balance can be paid via bank transfer or on-site.
We gladly accept credit and debit cards or cash payments up to a total amount of €2,999.99.
The apartments are self-catering (accommodation only) but are equipped with fully functional kitchens, allowing you to prepare your own meals.
Additionally, two restaurants are located just 200 meters from the farm.
We are happy to provide more restaurant recommendations in the area upon request.
If you are unable to start your holiday for any reason, the following conditions apply:
- You can cancel free of charge up to three months before your arrival.
- From three months to two weeks before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Within the last two weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance offered by the “Roter Hahn” association.
